Why are there so few qualifying tests?

To prevent fraudsters from joining the Moonlight Society. Tests with known answer leakage, sparse or non-existent statistical data, low reliability, or scoring by questionable psychometricians were excluded then. Some good tests were omitted but may be added later. The current list is merely a starting point.
